PRODUCTION & QUALITY CONTROL

The production process entails far more than mere fabrication and contract negotiation. 
It is managed under a strict T & A plan which is monitored via our custom designed project management software. This allow us to know at what stage any order is at any time of the day from on site or remote locations. The heart of G1L is by far the quality control process which involves inspections conducted by our own inspectors (not 3rd party) during inline and final stages of production, enabling us to correct any problems during production and not when its too late at the end of a cycle.
